Telecare Mental Health Rehabilitation Center

Telecare Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Riverside, California is a 79-bed sub-acute residential mental health facility operating in partnership with Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health. The facility provides 24-hour rehabilitative care for adults with serious mental illness, including individuals on LPS Conservatorship. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, co-occurring substance use treatment, life skills education, symptom management, physical health support, and social and recreational activities.

The program is designed to help residents stabilize symptoms, develop independence, and transition to community-based or lower levels of care. Clinical approaches include Motivational Interviewing, harm-reduction techniques, and culturally responsive care.
