Silver Lake Behavioral Health is an outpatient addiction treatment center located at 201 Forest Avenue in Staten Island, New York, overlooking the scenic Silver Lake on the North Shore. The facility provides holistic substance use treatment in a warm, supportive setting designed to foster healing of the mind, body, and spirit. With a focus on individualized care, the clinical team collaborates closely with each client to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique experiences, strengths, and recovery goals.
Services include individual and group therapy, family therapy, psychiatric services, medication management, medication assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders, and integrated care for co-occurring disorders. The program also offers case management to help clients access housing, insurance, and community resources, as well as DWI/DUI evaluation and treatment services. Through trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and other evidence-based approaches, Silver Lake Behavioral Health supports long-term recovery and sustainable wellness for adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors in Staten Island and surrounding communities.
At Project Hospitality Wellness Center, I worked with Mr. Moore to learn new cognitive behavioral strategies. For the year I worked with Mr. Moore, I learned a lot about emotional regulation, empathy, self awareness and how to use the brain to make a social interaction with opposing parties more pleasant. The front desk is also very sweet, and friendly. These two components make this office a warm, friendly place to visit.

When my family needed help, Joe from Christopher's Reason stepped up and was concerned for my families well being. He went above and beyond trying to get my family help. He acted selflessly, and had genuine concern for the outcome of the situation, as if it was his own family member. Not to mention that the owner Ann, getting on the phone with us during our intake and having a hands on approach from the beginning. I am thankful for Christopher's Reason and just know that our loved one is in trusted hands their. Words can not express how thankful we are for this facility on Staten Island.
