The Santé Group’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) offers immediate access to mental and behavioral health support for children, adults, couples, and families. A multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and therapists provides diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and medication management services. The clinic takes a holistic, person-centered approach, developing individualized treatment plans to support each person's path to recovery and wellness.
The OMHC welcomes both walk-in and virtual appointments to assess needs and create personalized plans for ongoing stabilization and care. For individuals who may not benefit from a traditional Day Program setting, the Community Outreach Services team offers in-home and community-based support. Psychiatric recovery counselors work directly with clients in safe, familiar environments to ensure they receive the necessary care to lead meaningful, healthy lives. Located in Maryland.
