River Valley Services, located at 351 Silver Street in Middletown, Connecticut, is a state-operated community mental health center serving Middlesex County, including Lyme and Old Lyme. Accredited by the Joint Commission, RVS provides comprehensive mental health and addiction services designed to support adults and young adults in achieving recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.
