The Postgraduate Center for Mental Health – Bronx Recovery Support Center, located at 1775 Grand Concourse Street, 8th Floor in Bronx, New York, provides affordable, community-based outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, teens, and adults. The center is dedicated to delivering accessible behavioral health care that supports individuals and caregivers in managing emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges at home, in school, and within the community. Licensed social workers, therapists, and clinical supervisors collaborate to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
The Bronx Recovery Support Center offers individual, family, and group therapy, along with specialized services such as play therapy and parent guidance. Psychiatric evaluations are available to assess mental health needs and inform treatment planning. The program supports individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management concerns, learning difficulties, school-related challenges, and family conflict. Such a great visit for my annual checkup! I barely waited, the two ladies at the counter were wonderful, the nurse showed so much care, and my PCP ,humble and amazing as ever ,made the whole appointment feel effortless. I left feeling genuinely grateful.
