Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers Behavioral Health Adult Program, located on Delmar Boulevard in Saint Louis, Missouri, provides comprehensive and compassionate care for adults and youth facing mental health and substance use challenges. I was told that I applied for sliding scale payment, then I was told I did not. If you have insurance that doesn’t help much; don’t even mention it. They will not help you with sliding scale payments if they know you have insurance.
