In 4 weeks of working with Melissa, my personal growth has flourished, my outlook on life has turned a corner, my anxiety and stress has diminished more than I ever thought possible. She met me where I was at, uncovered the weaknesses and negative thought patterns in me, and has helped me see, understand, and grow as a husband, father, and person. Simply the best.
