Open Arms Advocacy Center

Open Arms Advocacy Center, located in San Angelo, Texas, is a trusted nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual violence, interpersonal abuse, and gender-based discrimination throughout the Concho Valley. For more than 28 years, Open Arms has provided confidential, trauma-informed services focused on advocacy, prevention, education, and survivor empowerment.
