Oaks Integrated Care, located at 104 Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey, is a community‑based outpatient behavioral health and addiction services provider serving children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults throughout Essex County. This location continues the mission of the former COPE Center by providing compassionate care for individuals and families facing mental health and substance use challenges.
