Newport Academy’s outpatient program in Santa Monica is designed specifically for teens ages 13 to 18 facing anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and other mental health challenges that impact their academic and social-emotional growth. This program provides a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment that supports youth of all sexual orientations and gender identities in their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
The Santa Monica center offers comprehensive, evidence-based care through individual and group therapy, family counseling, and identity-affirming activities that foster self-esteem and resilience. Offering both a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) with full-day care and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with afternoon and evening sessions, Newport Academy addresses critical mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, problem substance use, and disordered eating.
