MHMR Authority of Brazos Valley – Washington County provides comprehensive behavioral health and developmental disability services for children, adolescents, and adults in Brenham, Texas. Serving a seven-county region, the center helps more than 7,600 individuals each year access essential mental health care, crisis intervention, and community-based supports.
