Aya Muath was my therapist for 2+ years. I decided to go to therapy after realizing a pattern in my behavior & relationships and realizing that I needed some guidance. Initially, I was skeptical of the benefits that therapy could offer me, but decided to give it a go. At worst, there would be 0 benefit. At best, it would actually make a difference.
