Lifeline Connections - Main Campus in Vancouver, Washington provides outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programming, withdrawal management, and comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. The CARF accredited facility offers assessments, case management, medication management, individual therapy, peer support, primary care services, medication assisted recovery (MAR), jail transition services, and homeless outreach stabilization services. Lifeline Connections also provides child and youth services, therapeutic specialty court support, and medically assisted withdrawal management in both in-person and telehealth settings to support individuals throughout the recovery process.
