Lifeline Connections - Main Campus

Lifeline Connections - Main Campus in Vancouver, Washington provides outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programming, withdrawal management, and comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. The CARF accredited facility offers assessments, case management, medication management, individual therapy, peer support, primary care services, medication assisted recovery (MAR), jail transition services, and homeless outreach stabilization services. Lifeline Connections also provides child and youth services, therapeutic specialty court support, and medically assisted withdrawal management in both in-person and telehealth settings to support individuals throughout the recovery process.

Lifeline Connections - Main Campus uses a holistic treatment and recovery-focused care approach to help individuals achieve long-term wellness and stability. Patients receive individualized treatment planning, therapy, medication evaluation, and peer support designed to strengthen coping skills, support recovery, and improve quality of life. Specialized services are available for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals through counselors fluent in American Sign Language, while children and adolescents receive support for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, family challenges, and school-related stress within a safe and supportive treatment environment.
