Lifeline Connections

Lifeline Connections is a CARF-accredited behavioral health treatment center located in South Bend, Washington. The facility provides comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services through outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Services include assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, medication management, case management, peer support, medication-assisted recovery (MAR), and therapeutic specialty court services.
