I had a great experience with Neuro Wellness Spa. *The best place to park is on the east side parking lot directly outside the SanSai Grill and enter the double doors just to the left of the patio. NWS is up the spiral staircase inside.* All of my treatments were shorter than the 90 minute parking limit so parking is expected to be free unless you stay to shop or eat nearby. I am in recovery and chose this location for my psychiatric care. I also chose to participate in TMS treatment after learning about the potential benefits. I am satisfied with the outcome of my TMS treatment and will continue to do my psychiatric care with NWS. I was given the option for admin communication through text phone or email which was convenient for me. Thank you to Lindsey, Selina, Cassandra, and Melanie for helping coordinate my care, Dr. Barry for accommodating to my needs, and Anthony for sharing stories and making me feel seen and heard. Clear Pasadena is nothing short of amazing! As a strong referral source for our provider's office, they are always organized and on top of things. Tiana is amazing at what she does and communicative, helping bridge the gap for exceptional care quality. Strongly recommend utilizing their services! :)

ROWI was an amazing program and we are grateful to have found it. While it was definitely hard work for our daughter, she successfully completed the program and is growing and improving every day. We had an extremely difficult time finding help until we landed at an inpatient facility with nowhere to turn for help. The social worker suggested we apply and enroll with ROWI. We were approved and started soon after. The program greatly improved our situation and gave us hope for a new beginning. It was not easy at times and family session was tough but worth all of the hard work to get where we are today. The staff was very supportive and their care was individual and focused. I highly recommend the IOP program at ROWI for anyone with a teen who is struggling with their mental health.

SoCal TMS offers an amazing treatment for depression and anxiety. It lifted the deep depression I was trapped in. The staff in the Pasadena office are incredible. Stephanie guided and supported me throughout. I appreciate the techs and nurses who treated me daily, especially Hanna and Nidia. TMS is amazing. I am forever grateful to SoCal TMS and the staff in the Pasadena office. I recommend this treatment wholeheartedly.
