Human Service Center, located at 1237 West Divide Avenue Suite 5 in Bismarck, North Dakota, is a leading regional provider of behavioral health and substance use services. As one of eight regional human service centers within North Dakota Health and Human Services, it serves a 14,452-square-mile area covering more than 130,000 residents.
