From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Dr. Abiola was not only incredibly thorough and organized, but also brought a warm sense of humor to the experience. As an immigrant himself, he shared that he understands the process personally, which made us feel truly seen and supported. He was also so patient and respectful with our Spanish, making sure we felt comfortable and understood at every step. To top it all off, we received our completed packages within just a few days—much faster than we expected. I like everything. Overall, I believe I am in "good hands"... like All State. Endeavor provides exceeding care to my needs. The staff is great at explaining things to me in a variety of ways to help me understand.

I would put zero stars, if I could. I do not know how you claim to be Mental Health Advocates when you do not follow up or do what you say you are going to do. Do NOT promise a phone call to someone and then not make it. They are already struggling and looking for help and validation. If you are not able to complete the tasks you have been given, then do not offer. You are making it more difficult for someone that is already suffering!!!
