Health Connect America

Health Connect America's Shelbyville, Tennessee location provides outpatient mental health and behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services include outpatient counseling, intensive in-home therapy, substance use treatment, dual diagnosis care, psychiatric services, supervised visitation, case management, and medication management. The Health Link program integrates physical and behavioral health services.
