I met Pauline for the first time recently. I found her to be both professional and personable at the same time. Pauline is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and quite obviously dedicated to quality mental health care for all.

Is there a reason you close half an hour early?As you may be aware not everyone has transportation to and from locations and when someone arrives at 2 PM to provide a sample and the building is locked and then proceeds to call and is told they are closed even though the person is standing outside the door and the posted hours clearly say closed at 2:30 PM. The person at the desk was rude and obviously didn’t provide a name. It should be brought to your attention that posted hours are what allows someone to determine if taking an Uber to be there before closing is in their best interest. That money to getting to your establishment cannot be refunded and the person leaving work early to be there before 2:30 PM cannot get that time back. Please be mindful of that. Inconsiderate of people and their time. What is the point of posted hours if you are just going to close early whenever you feel like it.
It took a little over a week for them to first get in touch, but genuine apology was expressed and it seemed like unique circumstances. The evaluation process with Shelley was along the lines of what I expected. Having given thorough histories for other reasons before, I did not find it to be overly invasive. Thorough, not overly time- consuming. Fact- focused, not judgmental. At the end of the evaluation, I was told it may take a week to hear anything. It took longer, but I've my attorney reached out to remind Tools For Life, the response was prompt. Can't give five stars yet because I am still waiting for the last phase of this process to be completed, but so far good people to work with.
