Evansville Psychiatric Children’s Center (EPCC), located at 3300 East Morgan Avenue in Evansville, Indiana, provides specialized mental health care for children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges. Established in 1966, EPCC is Indiana’s only fully completed state-operated facility dedicated to the psychiatric treatment of young patients.
