Located at 1724 Roxie Avenue, the facility features a Campus of Connection with two specialized units: the Retreat Unit and the Living Room Unit. The Retreat Unit functions like a psychiatric emergency room, offering up to 23-hour observation, crisis stabilization, psychiatric evaluation, and medication-assisted treatment. Guests receive immediate assessment and peer-powered support to ensure rapid stabilization and connection to the next level of care.
The Living Room Unit provides continued care for 3–5 days, focusing on short-term stabilization in a safe, nurturing environment. Services integrate clinical expertise with trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to reduce symptom intensity, prevent harm, and facilitate recovery. All services are funded by local Managed Care Organizations, ensuring no cost to guests.
