Guests receive immediate assessment and peer-powered support to ensure rapid stabilization and connection to the next level of care.

The Living Room Unit provides continued care for 3–5 days, focusing on short-term stabilization in a safe, nurturing environment. Services integrate clinical expertise with trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to reduce symptom intensity, prevent harm, and facilitate recovery. All services are funded by local Managed Care Organizations, ensuring no cost to guests.
