Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio CLUES

Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio (CLUES) operates the Abriendo Caminos Wellness & Prevention Center, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) located at 2600 East 25th Street, Suite B in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The center offers bilingual, culturally responsive mental health and substance use services that are accessible to Spanish‑ and English‑speaking clients regardless of insurance coverage. Certified in May 2024, Abriendo Caminos integrates mental health assessment, therapy, psychiatry, MOUD, case management, CTSS, ARMHS, and 24/7 crisis support into a single, client-centered system of care. It also offers community-oriented programs and peer and family support services, with a commitment to equitable access and community empowerment.

Abriendo Caminos serves children, teens, adults, veterans, and those who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, offering targeted services like Functional Family Therapy, DBT, high‑fidelity wraparound, and culturally informed care delivered in Spanish, English, or bilingually.
