Tubman Mental Health Center at Chrysalis Center

Tubman Mental Health Center at Chrysalis Center is a nonprofit, outpatient mental and chemical health facility situated at 4432 Chicago Avenue South in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dedicated to serving adults and young adults, especially women and LGBTQ+ communities, the center offers culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
