Compass Health – Raymore Crisis Center, located at 1010 Remington Plaza in Raymore, Missouri, is a CARF accredited facility providing immediate support for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the center provides short-term stabilization of up to 23 hours and is accessible by walk-in or through referrals from law enforcement, EMS, or hospitals. Basic needs support including meals, showers, and clean clothing is available during a stabilization stay.

Services include crisis intervention, behavioral health assessment, care coordination, and rapid linkage to follow-up treatment and recovery resources through coordinated referrals and care planning.
