Community Assisted & Supported Living – Renaissance Manor is a 24/7 staffed residential mental health and behavioral health program located in Sarasota, Florida. The facility provides a safe, permanent, and structured living environment for adults with serious mental illness and related conditions who require daily supervision and supportive care. Through comprehensive assessment, individualized service planning, and ongoing case management, Renaissance Manor is designed to stabilize residents, promote independence, and reduce the risk of homelessness for individuals living with complex mental health challenges.
Residents at Renaissance Manor receive consistent support for conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, neurological disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. The program emphasizes the least restrictive care environment while helping individuals strengthen daily living skills, self-determination, and long-term stability. Supportive services include medication assistance, personal care support, housekeeping, meals, and structured activities that encourage social connection and overall wellness. Dr. Melo is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and best of all, RELIABLE! I appreciate that he only sees one patient in his office at one time and he gives his full, undivided attention to his patient. Dr. Melo was recommended to me by a friend, after my previous doctor had closed her practice. I was extremely nervous about running out of medication. When I called the Solstice office, I was able to get an appt with Dr. Melo quickly and was assured that I would NOT run out of medication. It was so nice to feel supported in that moment, especially as a brand new patient. It’s been a few years now and I am stabile on a very convenient maintenance schedule, thanks to Dr. Melo!
