Center for Discovery - Montverde

Center for Discovery Montverde in Montverde, Florida is a Joint Commission accredited residential eating disorder treatment center serving adolescents ages 9 to 17 of all genders. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, art therapy, nutrition therapy, and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused nutrition therapy. An academic education program is available during treatment.

Eating disorders treated include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, orthorexia nervosa, and co-occurring disorders.
