Center for Discovery Montverde is a premier adolescent eating disorder treatment facility located just 40 minutes west of Orlando in a tranquil, residential setting in Montverde, Florida. Serving patients ages 9 to 17 of all genders, this eight-bed center provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where healing and recovery can thrive. Offering both residential and partial hospitalization treatment, the program incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-focused approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The Montverde center emphasizes whole-person care through its CARE-CFD dietary model, supporting trauma-informed nutrition therapy, nervous system responsiveness, and weight inclusivity.
