Center for Discovery Fairfield

Center for Discovery Fairfield is a residential eating disorder treatment facility dedicated to serving female-identifying and non-binary adults ages 18 and older. Located in Fairfield, Connecticut, this facility offers convenient access to residents throughout the Tri-State area, including Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. Since opening in 2015, it has become a trusted provider of evidence-based eating disorder treatment in a safe, inclusive environment.

The Fairfield program utilizes therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ERP, combined with trauma-informed care and mindful movement practices like yoga. The facility's signature CARE-CFD dietary model promotes healing through consistent attuned relational eating, weight inclusivity, and collaboration between patients and care teams.
