Located at 7 Riversville Road in Greenwich, Connecticut, Center for Discovery offers specialized outpatient treatment for individuals of all genders, ages 10 and up, struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. Since opening in 2014, this facility has served clients across Fairfield County, Westchester County, and the greater New York City region. With flexible options including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and virtual care, the center provides an inclusive, trauma-informed healing environment.

Treatment at Center for Discovery Greenwich includes evidence-based therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all within a body-positive and Health at Every Size® (HAES®) framework. Their unique CARE-CFD dietary model—“consistent attuned relational eating”—emphasizes trauma-focused nutrition therapy and individualized dietary support. The program also features specialized care for binge eating disorder through their Path to Peace initiative, along with peer mentorship and joyful movement activities like yoga to support holistic recovery.
