My mom attends group three days a week at Brighter Start and it has truly been wonderful—it has genuinely changed our life. I also want to point out something incredibly thoughtful that meant so much to me. Andrea, the lab lady, surprised all of them with the cutest Valentine’s Day goodie bags filled with candy and a little toy, and she took the time to write each of them an individual, personal note. My mom has never had someone care in that way before. The compassion and kindness here make all the difference, and we are so grateful to be a part of this program
