Capital Region Mental Health Center

Capital Region Mental Health Center, located at 500 Vine Street in Hartford, Connecticut, is a community-based mental health center operated by the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. The center provides comprehensive behavioral health services to adults, young adults, and individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Services are designed to support individuals with serious psychiatric disabilities, co-occurring substance use disorders, and complex mental health conditions.
