Him and his wife are truly amazing people. I love them so much. They are down to earth. They are easy to talk to. You can open up about anything to them and they don't judge you or make you feel different. You can relate to them about life hurdles and struggles. They are not like your typical counselor's that just sit there and right stuff down and don't really talk to you much. They listen to what you have to say and they give great positive input for solutions to problems. They help you realize YOUR WORTH. I feel like they were put in my life by God. Love the group of people that work here; they're friendly, supportive and most of all a shoulder for you to lean on while you're making hard life choices for yourself! I wouldn't recommend another place or group of people to anyone else in the world other than this place and amazingly blessed people that run this place.

Pasadena was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of help. Not only was the staff kind and the environment welcoming but the admission staff was willing to work with my financial situation to ensure I got proper care instead of turning me away. I came to Pasadena as my last resort in seeking help. I was at rock bottom all over again and I could no longer function in my every day life. My depression had gotten bigger than I could handle alone and I needed more extensive help than I could recieve elsewhere. After going through so many channels and checking reviews for both in patient and other outpatient facilities Pasadena stood out to me the most. It was the perfect choice for me and over the 8 weeks I spent there I went through so much change. Now I'm leaving feeling stable and ready to tackle work. They have given me the tools necessary to take control of my life again and for that I'm forever grateful.

I have had nothing but a great experience at The Ringer Center. The whole staff has been nothing short of welcoming and amazing to me. Mr. Ringer is very special, he's made his life's work helping out others and you can see his dedication daily. His stories and humor are just icing on the cake.

First I want to say I went up there of my own free will, I had no court dates no probation nothing, and honestly if it wasn’t for my counselor Christine I would not have given this review!! She was the only in there that was actually understanding and would do anything to help you stay clean!! The director Les only cared about the rules no matter how out dated or ridiculous they were!! If it wasn’t for Christine helping me out and changing her schedule those rules would’ve cost me my job which Les seemed to not care about!! The other staff was very nice but you could tell they were tired of those out dated rules as well!!
