Dr. Zia is compassionate and knowledgeable and a true breath of fresh air! Her scheduling assistant Barbara is also wonderful, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this practice! Just interacting with these two women is a balm.
Revitalize changed the way I think about mental health care. Michelle really listens and makes you feel supported every step of the way. She focuses on long-term solutions. Highly recommend!

I love the entire staff from amber, to Nichole, to Mrs Deb, Mrs.Tammy the lead, the whole facility loved me I got treated so well, all my questions got answered and the boss Mrs Jamie made my wish come true! I appreciate this program and the staff, they folded my clothes and even washed them! Everything was great! The cooks are great know how to season food! Everything was perfect I have no complaints! They even let me use my phone when I was on black out to pay for my vapes! Very much understanding people!
I have been a patient since March of this year… I wish I had found them sooner! I have had a nightmare of horrible experiences and doctors! Solace being the main cause of my Whitecoat Syndrome! Kelly has made me feel safe and accepted. She didn’t push therapy until I’m ready, bc she knows that the stress from those sessions if you are not stable doesn’t help anyone! I trust them so much I would refer them to anyone! Btw they do juveniles! My daughter is almost 7 and she has been seeing Raquel since March as well! She’s been so supportive and encouraging! I loved that she didn’t just jump into stimulants! We have been using Qelbree Er and it has been a life changer for my daughter! She was able to make all those connections in school that she just couldn’t retain before the medication.

My mental health nurse practitioner is here and he’s great. I’ve been coming here for many years. They are very efficient and their reception. Staff and secretaries are very friendly. I’ve only been here on an outpatient basis, though.
