Base Behavioral Health

Base Behavioral Health is located at 8196 SW Hall Boulevard Suite 230 in Beaverton, Oregon. This trauma-informed mental health and substance use counseling practice provides outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, teens, and adults throughout Oregon, including secure telehealth options. The center offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, along with substance use assessment, relapse prevention, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment. Base Behavioral Health supports individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
