Averte – Trivium Life Services in Bradford, Vermont is a residential mental health treatment center offering multiple levels of structured support for adults working toward stability, independence, and long-term recovery. Services are delivered within a therapeutic residential setting as well as through an independent living program, allowing individuals to receive care that aligns with their level of need while remaining in a supportive community environment.
The therapeutic residential program provides coordinated clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, medication management, case management, care coordination, psychoeducation, primary care, and vocational counseling. Care is delivered using trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered approaches, supporting individuals with conditions such as trauma, thought disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. In addition to general adult services, Averte also offers a dedicated residential program for veterans in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing specialized support for veterans with complex mental health needs.
