My experience here has been one of the best and more than I could have expected. I feel heard, respected and safe. Megan is amazing and goes above and beyond to try to help in any way possible. Front desk is always nice and helpful in scheduling and checking in. Highly recommend.

Been coming here now for about eight months and I just have to say that they put so much time and so much dedication into their clients, especially to those that take it very seriously they will fight for you. They will support you and on the holidays they will help and support your family as best as they can. I definitely highly recommend coming here if anyone needs help with mental health or substance abuse and they want to get sober. I highly recommend this place. They are loving their caring and the dedication they have is just phenomenal.

Human Supports of Idaho staff has helped me immensely, I used their services through Mental Health Court in Canyon County not only have I successfully completed Mental health Court gotten my cosmetology license and now I am off probation completely I have also gained understanding of my mental health because of the staff Sam Is immensely helpful and showed me how to break things down and situations in my life to be able to handle them with ease Pamela, who has been there for me and helped me to see who I am as a person and help me to process what I do and why I do it on the Mental Health side because I never understood that until now, Juanita help me immensely with understanding my medication’s and why I was taking them. Kevin was amazing and helping me in my classes and helping me understand dual diagnosis and me as a person understanding why I am the way I am and being able to break down my emotions and handle them in the right way Matt helped me to build strong habits in planning and scheduling to help me with time management. I have 31 months sober and I am becoming more financially independent I have my my own place a vehicle in my name and a career I can be proud . I was lost in the cycle of addiction since I was 17 , I finally understand that I am a work in progress and that continuing care even after it is not required has helped me grow and and keep moving forward .

The team at Trivium Life Services in Caldwell is incredible. From intake staff to their counselors, each person cares about everyone that walks in their door. Trivium is the BEST place for SUDs services!
