5 Oaks Community in Ormond Beach, Florida provides Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The center provides coordinated care that addresses both mental health conditions and substance use in a single, integrated setting.

Clients engage in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Family Therapy to address a range of clinical and personal recovery goals.
