I had a hard time getting my daughter in to fully complete her asi. We waited close to three months with three separate appointments and we still haven’t gotten it done. The staff didn’t want to understand or listen to my frustration I was constantly called rude and they hung up on me constantly. I feel they don’t understand how it is to watch your child go through substance use and choosing the wrong behaviors. I feel they didn’t have a sense of what substance abuse is like or how it feels to go through the system. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and how less important my daughter was just because she didn’t have a court order yet. I was trying to help my daughter and her case by getting her help before her felony hearing but was unsuccessful because of the inability to see our situation as important as their own
