I came in for a sensitive medication that you CANNOT get off quickly or it can kill you. I saw the psychiatrist and it was extremely impersonal it is all telemed. I was refused medication I have been on for 10 years, I asked what do I do to prevent seizures. I was told go to the ER. Thank god I found a provider that cares about patients wellbeing because this one does not care if you live or die or your quality of life. Absolutely horrid and textbook malpractice. I wouldnt recommend this provider to my worst enemy. With that being said everyone at the front desk is extremely polite and seem to care ALOT more than the one that should most (the doctor). Good luck!
