My fiancé came here because her blood pressure was 228/126 — numbers so high they should’ve had a nurse sprinting like it was the Olympics. Her appointment was at 2:45. Thanks to the legendary, always‑present, always‑miserable Bitter Creek construction, we walked in at 2:50. Five minutes. Not “we showed up after lunch.” Not “we wandered in at closing.” Five. Apparently, this place operates on a level of punctuality that even NASA would find excessive. They took one look at a woman whose blood pressure could power a pressure washer and said, “Oh, you’re five minutes late? Yeah, we can’t possibly handle that. Let’s push you out a whole week. Hope you don’t explode before then.” Truly inspiring healthcare. I work in customer service. I deal with late people every day. I don’t punish them for traffic, construction, or the rotation of the Earth. But here? This clinic must be running on a strict zero‑humanity policy. No grace period. No understanding. No common sense. Just a robotic “reschedule” like they’re checking in overdue DVDs from 1998. If you plan on coming here, make sure you leave your house at sunrise, pack a lunch, bring a sleeping bag, and maybe hire a police escort — because if you’re five minutes late, they’ll treat you like you showed up three days after your own funeral. But hey, at least they’re consistent: No compassion. No flexibility. No problem telling a dangerously hypertensive patient to come back next week. My thoughts are they suck and are not compassionate at all just after the all mighty dollar. I apologize because I really didn’t plan on leaving a review, but couldn’t help myself with this bunch of clowns pretending to be medical providers.
