I wouldn’t recommend the community support team or this company in general. I engaged in services last year with the lumberton team for community support. While initially in lumberton on their team my case was profoundly mismanaged, my team was tasked with helping with my mental health and assisting with housing as well as transportation in relation to my housing related goals. My team in lumberton was unable to provide services in numerous areas due to not having people well enough to do the psychology side and a number of issues regarding upper management specifically supervisor “Mr. Brant or Mr. Brent” the team would agree to assist with services including transportation only to be met with supervisor making claims that my needs we’re unable to be met because they didn’t provide treanspoetariin assistance. Eventually this lead to me contacting the staff and demanding to speak to the person in charge. When he finally called back he bullied me he belittled me he made false statements, made false accusations including saying that I was just an unhappy client that all I did was complain and I. Could “throw a fit all I liked but no means no and nothing I could do was going to make him change his mind.” Mr. B was then told by a large group of professionals that overseeing my mental health that this was something the insurance was paying them to do and they did in fact need to assist with transportation in these goals and situations. He never called to apologize to me nor did he admit he was wrong. This then lead to a meeting a week later in which 13 people were in including south eastern’s therapist. During this meeting which was conducted on teams all professionals introduced themselves as reps from the old team the new team in Shallotte I was transferring to people on the insurance side my boyfriend and my mother south eastern conducted inappropriate and illegal behavior by having licensed therapist Alleigha include Mr. B in on this meeting without my knowledge without his introduction or without my consent which is a DIREDT violation of my Hippa privacy rights specifically informed consent. As the other people had introduced themselves the supervisor did not and hid on the call where’s I was unable to verify that in a room full of women with the exception of my boyfriend he was present on the voice chat. As I was expressing what had happened regarding transportation and how I was made to feel therapist Alleigha’s mic cut on to Mr. B talking trash about me making false claims and statements regarding things South eastern had done and my Hippa was at this point discovered to have been broken. South eastern did not address my complaint of Hippa violation stating that the release of information I signed allowed others to participate in my care. However the consent gives me the right to know who is present and when when discussing private sensitive information making Mr. B’s presence a violation because I was not told he was present and I cen my mother heard this supervisor yell about me my conduct and speak lies about me. When I moved I was transferred to the Shallotte team. Initially we had a rough start, the therapist for Shallotte made comments that trillium and I had taken my apartment and other apartments away from her clients, this was untrue, it was also an unprofessional statement regardless of what was meant. No one knew how hard I worked to get my home and the work I had to do to get it. I didn’t have the assistance from my team that I was entitled to and was faced with doing every step by myself. After a few months it was time to re-sign my plan. I had been told Mr b was no longer on the team, (this is important) by my therapist. We came to a point where cst continuation needed to be justified and I requested that the truth be placed in my record that South eastern had been unable to fufill my needs due to my move and a high turnover in staff which meant needed skills, were not able to be taught. Requested call back to discuss it’s been weeks. And Mr. B was still in fact handing my case.
