Mental Health Providers in Charlotte, North Carolina

I am Chilean living in the United States with my nephew who is my son but unfortunately not my legal son. I have fought for years to keep him happy and safe with me away from his father who is a criminal in our country of origin. We used to live in Florida and every year I take my son to do his physical that the school requires in order to be part of sports activities. Today Dr. Tiffany G. asked me for the legal document that states that I am in the care of the child, a document that has cost me a lot to obtain, even though as the child's uncle I could not attend to him, having to leave the clinic. Thank you Dr. Tiffany for making me feel that my work as a father and caregiver during all these years has been worthless. You work for the community and I felt totally excluded. All the clinics have appointments for two more months. Thank you for leaving my son out of the soccer academy this season, worst experience ever!! Don’t go to this place. 👎🏽👎🏽

I spent a week in the overnight care facility, the restrooms smelt like piss, and the showers barely worked. the bed was like sleeping on the floor. and then my follow up visit after wards was cancelled and set to be well over 2 months out. and now 6 months after my care i receive a bill stating that both of my insurances were filed incorrectly, as both were set as primary when that is nothing in my control and that is the person in the offices job to file correctly. Now im jumping through hoops to get this resolved. terrible facility. do not go

They never provided services but I keep getting notices of approval... For services they are not providing.. I will also be looking into this further
