Incredibly understaffed facility. Excuses about lack of funding is the answer you will get if you complain. Medication dispensary is easily manipulated due to archaic record keeping. This place has gone down hill for a while now. Current director is very inexperienced which does not help things. They are moving to a new building soon, but i feel bad for the people who are really trying to seek help because theyre just being used for their insurance.

Unprofessional Staff, do not follow hippa guidelines, The outpatient " program director" is about 24 yrs old and lacks life . experience, the Nurse Practitioner is a joke. He makes you feel inferior to him as you are a addict and useless . Bottom line - They do not CARE about you! They only want to know what insurance you have so they can milk them out of " more time" needed. I am not a disgruntled person who is bitter, but advocating for myself as this ""program" is poorly organized and run by inexperienced new comers to the field of " mental health /substance abuse... yea, i know what im talking about- im in the medical field and this place is embarrassing to call itself a " Partial Hospitalization Program".. There are plenty of true recovery programs available more than you would think. I got into a established place quickly that does not prey on those seeking help and push them into the rabbit hole deeper.
