Trish is by far the most unprofessional person in the organization. She doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls and then brushes people off in an instant. Please find your services elsewhere.

I was contacted via telephone, which of course I was indisposed & missed the initial call. The customer service representative was kind enough to leave a voicemail & of which I returned the call, as promptly as I possibly could. Diane was the associate for MHSD who had initially reached out to me regarding discrepancies & concerns that are VITAL to my well-being & livelihood. Diane’s mannerisms aka “ Bedside manner” was courteous, empathetic, sympathetic, professional, soft-spoken, thorough, caring, sincere, accurate/logical & she was overall absolute godsend & pleasure to speak with regarding my problems & possible resolutions. She gave me descriptive & specific advice as to how to continue to achieve my goals. She even offered a follow up call the next day with more possible resources to aid my endeavor to Live a normal life again, since the loss of my husband. Thank you, Diane! From the bottom of my heart & soul core. And thank you MHSD for taking me into your program Providing me w the much needed help, That has been long overdo in my life. God bless y’all.♥️🙏

first appointment here and the social worker canceled on me the day of and apparently she was the only one that handles my situation in that entire building. The security guard was rude. I couldn't understand her and I politely asked for her to speak up a little so that I can follow her instructions better but she got annoyed. I tried to give this place a 2nd chance because when I went to the central city location a year ago, the lady was disinterested in me, showed lack of concern, and was eating the entire time. I was told they do certain tests there but when I went she told me something entirely different. I am so disappointed in this place.

honestly, this place is genuinely not as bad as the reviews make it sound i mean it’s a mental hospital. the quality of the place means nothing compared to the staff and the way they handle their paitents. i had a really good experience here and i think it benifited me very much. i was in there for ten days and i met a tech, Ms Keya. I will never forget her. she touched my life in a way i could never explain. she inspired me to want to go work in one of these places when im older. I’m only 15 and this place had some really good staff & the therapist Mrs. Kelly that woman helped me so much throughout the way. there was also a tech named Mr. George who always made sure his paitents were having a good time considering the circumstance. He called me Ashlee with 2 E’s lol. i definitely recommend this hospital if you need mental help or etc. (i hope they all see this)

Dr McCall was great, but this organization IBH that she books appointments through, is terrible. They "verified" my insurance over the phone, saying that an appointment through them would be in network, after I gave the person on the phone all of the information on my insurance card. Which was the only reason that I went ahead and confirmed the appointment. Only to see after the fact in my insurance portal that they were indeed OUT of network. Secondly, after I was forced to use my cell phone number to log into their portal for the virtual visit, I immediately began receiving junk calls. And I am still getting 4-6 marketing calls daily. Which I was not before this. Many attempts later - that took a lot of time and energy - to reach anyone to talk to about any of this, left me usually on the phone with a call center somewhere in Asia. When someone finally did get back to me, who claimed to work directly for IBH, she assured me that I would be removed from the marketing data bank, and that I would hear back from her after my insurance company billed. Still waiting for both to happen.
