This place is terrible. I lost my children to some foster parents and than I saw the foster parents tonight and the foster dad said that he was told I was doing illegal narcotics when I don't do such. The reason why my children was removed was because of a man I was with that had abused my children behind my back while I was working. This is a terrible place and I'm glad that these people are close down here.

Front desk staff very rude and unprofessional, I hate that this is court ordered and I have to deal with these rude ladies up front...cuts me off when I try to speak, snatching my i.d out my hand and handing back with attitude and didn't get my questions answered...so much for this being a helpful mental health place when they hire the rudest people upfront

The treatment is abysmal if not non-existent. I was told I was disheveled and then refused the hairbrush I had packed. I asked for menstrual pads and was refused. I asked for the ones I had packed and was told, "that's not going to happen." I was given no medication and threatened with a dose of Haldol when I complained about the staff's attitudes. I was ganged up on and three people came into my room to tell me their story was that I never complained about anything and was making it up. The staff don't care and will intimate you if you point out that they're horrible.

I have been going here for 7 years and the front desk is the rudest lady I have ever met in my life, she is so emotionless and bland. You would think in a place that one of their first priorities is to make children feel better that they would have a happier person so greet them. Absolutely no customer service coming from her what so ever. All you get is rude attitude and rude comments.

To make a long story short they would play games with you for the sake of the church of scientology ( a Hollywood cult that thinks it could provide therapy ) . It ain't safe, just don't go there . They would keep calling you after you leave for another therapy.

MHA is not a good place to get any services. There staff are not good. I did like there services until they promoted my case manager and now I don’t see any hope for my future. And I don’t think I’m ever going to see future for my life anymore. But it’s not worth wasting your time at MHA
