Briana is extremely incompetent, nasty, rude, doesn't listen well at all, and refused to answer a simple question regarding documents l was trying to submit before my appointment which now l will not schedule after speaking with her!!!!!! When l requested to speak to her manager but instead she decided to hang up 2 times which confirms her RUDENESS unprofessionalism representing Cognitive Clinic horribly. That tells me this is a unethical unprofessional clinic l would never want services from.
