White River Academy

White River Academy in Delta, Utah is a residential treatment center for adolescents that provides structured residential treatment in a therapeutic boarding school setting. The program includes individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, life skills training, substance abuse treatment, and relapse prevention in a structured environment where teens live on-site and receive ongoing therapeutic and behavioral support. This Joint Commission accredited and LegitScript certified program focuses on long-term residential care designed to help adolescents develop emotional regulation, accountability, and independent living skills.

Treatment at White River Academy includes evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. The program provides treatment for adolescents experiencing pornography addiction, sexual addiction and compulsivity, internet addiction, family conflict, adoption and foster care challenges, attachment issues or disorders, developmental delays or disorders, and substance abuse, helping teens build coping skills, improve behavior patterns, and work toward long-term recovery and personal development.
