Waubonsie Mental Health Center

Waubonsie Mental Health Center's Red Oak location is a community outpatient clinic serving children and adults in Red Oak, Iowa. Services include outpatient therapy, psychiatric medication management, play therapy, peer support, and Community Support Services for individuals with persistent mental illness. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
