Telecare Corporation's Pierce County Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) center in Milton, Washington is a 16-bed locked inpatient facility providing 24-hour acute behavioral health crisis stabilization for adults. The facility serves individuals experiencing severe mental illness and those with developmental disabilities, supporting both involuntary mental health and developmental disability stabilization. Services include psychiatric assessment, medication management, therapeutic support, peer support, case management, coping skills training, recreational therapy, housing support, and discharge planning.

The program uses a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approach and includes family involvement, wellness activities, and substance use education to support community reintegration.
