Spring Meadows Center, part of Sunrise Children’s Services, is a residential behavioral health treatment facility located at 330 Hope Street, Mount Washington, Kentucky. This 18,000-square-foot center provides a safe, structured environment for up to 20 male adolescents aged 12 to 18. Designed to support long-term growth and recovery, the facility combines housing, nutritious meals, educational programming, and recreational opportunities with therapeutic care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Through a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, and independent living skill development, Spring Meadows helps young men overcome sexually maladaptive behaviors while fostering emotional stability and resilience.
