SpringPath Mental Health Services – Como Community IRTS is a specialized intensive residential treatment facility located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Designed for adults and young adults experiencing serious mental illness, the program offers a highly structured, 24-hour treatment environment tailored to help individuals stabilize and regain functional skills for independent living. Each resident receives a personalized treatment plan, created in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team, to target recovery goals and daily life competencies.
